Rachael Beitler is the Chief of Staff for Primacy Strategy Group and Synergetic Endeavors. In this senior role she will provide strategic advice to the CEO and senior leadership team and help guide the operational and organizational priorities of the two firms. Ms. Beitler will be based out of Washington, D.C., but will be traveling to regions across the country where PSG has client engagement. She is a skilled professional with program management and policy expertise who has operated in complex environments – domestically and internationally.

Ms. Beitler comes to this role with extensive experience working for the U.S. Department of State (DOS) and Department of Energy (DOE).  While at the DOS, she oversaw programs for the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs in Moldova, Ukraine, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.  She worked with international partners to deter or disrupt illicit drug trafficking and other transitional criminal activity and promote criminal justice cooperation with the United States.

During Ms. Beitler’s time at DOE she served as Senior Advisor to the Deputy Administrator for Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation in the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). Prior to that she was Director of the Office of the Executive Secretariat at DOE, where she worked to modernize internal concurrence processes and improve the department’s operation and responsiveness. Previous to her work at DOS, she served as Director of Government Affairs at Liebman and Associates, a clean energy lobbying firm in Washington, D.C.  She was responsible for managing and executing client initiatives to secure technical, financial, and policy support from the U.S. government.

Ms. Beitler is a graduate of Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
