Overview

Synergetic Endeavors serves as Director of Business Development for Lockridge Grindal Nauen P.L.L.P. (LGN), a Minneapolis-based law and government relations firm representing clients in the Midwest and throughout the country.

Strategy

First retained to assist the firm in generating new leads and retaining new clients for their State Government Relations Practice, Ryan Kelly and the Synergetic Endeavors team worked with the practice area’s leaders to create new and innovative lines of service to generate additional revenue from existing clients and attract new business in a very saturated and competitive marketplace.

Results

Through these heightened business development efforts, Synergetic Endeavors began working with the firm’s other practice area leaders to enhance cross-selling and joint marketing of the firm’s multiple business lines. This culminated in Synergetic Endeavors being contracted as the director of Business Development for the firm in its entirety. In addition to generating hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue for the firm on an annual basis through our business development efforts, our team now manages everything from the firm’s website and social media presence to individual attorney marketing plans and management of the firm’s CRM system.
