Charles Kasbohm serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Association Management for Synergetic Endeavors and its sister company, Primacy Strategy Group (PSG). In this dual capacity, he oversees the firms’ complete finance and accounting ecosystem, partnering and collaborating closely with the CEO and executive management team to steer corporate growth through operational excellence, rigorous budget management, cost-benefit analyses, business development, and strategic forecasting. Charles balances risk management with forward-looking capital allocation, driving profitability and sustainable business scaling across both organizations.

In tandem with his financial leadership, Charles heads the Association Management and Event Management business units. Recognized for his expertise on governance, organizational development, and membership growth, he serves as a trusted partner and seamless extension of his clients’ leadership teams. By combining strategic insight with hands-on execution, Charles helps client organizations optimize operations, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and build the sustainable revenue streams necessary to advance their core missions.

Charles is also highly regarded for his logistical expertise and proficiency in large-scale event planning and execution. He has successfully managed complex, multi-day conferences and high-profile national events attended by thousands of participants. His elite portfolio includes marquee events at the Republican and Democratic National Conventions, the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) Legislative Summit, and the Congressional Medal of Honor Society Convention.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Charles brings more than 4 decades of cross-industry business experience to his work. Prior to joining Synergetic Endeavors, he founded, owned, and operated several successful businesses across multiple industries. His diverse background includes developing the nation’s first indoor extreme sports facility, building one of the region’s largest transportation services companies, and leading the Midwest’s top-performing wireless retail chain. This entrepreneurial lens allows him to uniquely anticipate strategic client needs, identify opportunities for growth and deliver practical, results-driven solutions.

Outside of work, Charles is passionate about spending time with his wife and children. He is also an avid CrossFit and mountain biking enthusiast who embraces the same discipline, determination, and pursuit of continuous improvement and excellence in his personal life as he does in his professional endeavors.
